Andre James is a second-year Ph.D. student at the University of Iowa. He earned his B.S. in Biological Engineering from Louisiana State University. Andre’s research focuses on evaluating biocompatible photoinitiation systems for additive manufacturing and tissue engineering applications.

Outside of the lab, Andre enjoys playing soccer, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places with friends.
